健康式減肥計劃 Part 1

我諗我從未試過o甘認真去減肥。。。我試過減肥無限次﹐但係次次都三分鐘熱度﹐被美食所引誘﹐跟住就宣告抗戰失敗! 如果唔係我班朋友無端端興緻悖悖o甘周圍去揾健身室﹐我諗我都唔知幾時先有恆心去報名。 而家真係勁健康﹐唔係去健身做運動﹐就係去打羽毛球﹐連我個老死朱古力﹐薯片都好耐無揾啦~ (好掛住你哋呀~~~TT^TT)

不過都好既﹐年紀越大就應該越注意飲食﹐希望我以家先發覺唔會減得太遲啦。。。哈哈~ 而家朝朝返工前都會以九秒九既速度換衫﹐皆因我要預時間去準備我個健康早餐~ 以前我不扭都唔食早餐架﹐後黎加入在健身項列之後﹐就發覺要均衡飲食加做運動才能保持身體苗條。。。希望夏天來臨前﹐我會有明顯既進展啦﹐如果唔係就真係一殼眼淚﹐一兜汗水啦。。。

而家既早餐是我有史以來最豐富和好味的! (因為係我整既~) 雖然只係一個三文治﹐但係真係好好味! 哈哈~

材料包括﹕
全麥麵包兩塊(炕底)
一 湯匙既沙律醬 (low fat miracle whip)
兩大塊生菜
兩大塊蕃茄
一塊煙火雞肉片 (low fat smoke turkey meat) 或 兩塊焗雞胸肉片(low fat oven baked chicken breast)
加埋一齊就變成健康有滋味既低卡三文治啦~ Ho ho ho~ (^O^)Y
(約二百一十卡路里左右)
